What is the best part of working at the company?Flexible schedule, ability to work overtimeWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?You HAVE to look for projects to work on if you're not too busy in order to meet your 40hrs. You have to constantly look for work if even if your division may be slow. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There is a lot of corporate mentality. The higher management only cares about making money.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Stressful making sure you have work for the day.

Great place

A company that lives its values and values its people. An emphasis on sustainabilty and making the buitt and natural environments better whilst transformig attitudes and culture of clients

Great company but easy to fall through the cracks.

Contractual work, and it is very difficult at times to find work. Always seems like you are looking for work and asking for work. When asking for work every PM seems to never have anything to spare. Expect to travel way more than you'd prefer.Upper management seems to only care about the top tiers, and not the bottom level employees, but expect the lower employees to appease the client base while the top rakes in the benefits.

Productive work place to work and have fun doing it.

Arcadis is a company that let a employee show his or her expertise. Great management team that will work across departments to lend a helping hand. I have learn that a company that let there employees know what is expected of you and company policies that expresses the importance of safety is a excellence company to work. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was to work my daily work without someone looking over my shoulder telling me how to do my job.

At Arcadis chile, you will have a strong geotechnical teem this allow you to improve your technical skills. You can work in the biggest mining project of world, at additions, the chile office allow you to work in Peruvian project

Workplace cultural and Advancement

Arcadis as a whole has great policies and initiatives in place for workplace culture and career advancement. On the flip side this cultural and advancement is not filtered done to all the offices and teams to provide inclusive culture and opportunity for advancement.

You need to know as many people as possible within your office and in other offices to stay busy, only those with huge connections stay engaged in cool projects

Welcoming and Conscientious

Arcadis is focused on making the company a well diversified and welcoming company to work for. They do a good job taking staff feedback into consideration, and do a generally good job of pushing you to achieve goals. Who your supervisor is plays a big role in your growth.

Pay is below market but good place to learn

This was a great place to start my career but the pay is under market for a lot of high demand specialities so you’ll need to leave eventually. Management can be frustrating and you need your manager to like and fight for your to get raises and promotions.
