This company is not looking for future and not bothered about the employees. Salary is paid by time but there is no job security. They don't want experienced people

The company doesn't value the Instructors but they don't know that if without Instructors, there won't be any Al Khebra. Even you have monitor in your overtime but still some of it wasn't paid. Poor instructors keep working hard but the company seems like they don't care.

typical day at work I used to assist our customers for their needs like scheduling and new registration. I've learned from the company how to entertained the customers for their needs / wants. company management good. Al khebra is a driving school who trains our student for a proper and guidelines / safety methods here in Doha. misunderstanding with the customer. i enjoyed my job because of our team (we have teamwork) in CS Dept. with my colleagues.

My work in Al Khebra was fun and exciting. You get to know more people and their inner personality because you get along for almost 1 month and 1 hour a day. 8 to 9 hours in the car teaching a student to drive is really toxic especially if the student is a beginner which doesnt have any knowledge in driving. I need to adjust my personality as well in terms of dealing with these people who wants to learn how to drive but full of fear when inside the car. We share different techniques to students and even our own emotional feelings is being tested. We give all our support esp when its time for their test, that once they pass, you will feel the great pleasure that this student was once a very afraid beginner. My co workers shares their own experiences with their students, that's the only time when we can relax and enjoy the day for a short 5 mins break every hour. The job is very dangerous because if I will not focus on my students driving then we can easily get into a big accident because they are not ready for any situation that makes them nervous on the road that makes them step on the gas, or on the break or even pull the sterring wheel to any direction. I learned to be patient and how to deal with different people in the hardest and most dangerous yet exciting situation.
Pros
Joy Ride
Cons
Stressful body
