Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards
• Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and manage food costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
• Collaborate on menu planning and recipe development
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
