Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ice Cream Preparation Assistant to prepare high-quality ice cream products while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will assist in mixing ingredients, operating equipment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ice cream mixtures according to approved recipes and production schedules.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure product consistency.
• Operate and monitor ice cream-making equipment, mixers, pasteurizers, and freezers.
• Add flavors, inclusions, toppings, and other ingredients as required.
• Monitor product quality, texture, taste, and appearance throughout the production process.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Store ingredients and finished products properly to maintain freshness and quality.
• Record production data, inventory usage, and quality control checks.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for distribution or display.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Kitchen Manager / Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable)

• Previous experience in food production, bakery, dairy, or ice cream manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
