Full job description

  • Prepare and bake high-quality croissants, sourdough bread, baguettes, Danish pastries, and other artisan baked goods.
  • Produce consistent, high-quality products while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Manage dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking processes.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in developing new bakery products and recipes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Artisan Baker.
  • Strong knowledge of laminated dough, sourdough fermentation, and artisan bread production.
  • Hands-on experience making croissants, sourdough, baguettes, and Danish pastries.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Culinary or bakery certification is an advantage.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
