Veterinary Coordinator

Haks Animal Health LLC – Lusail

Position Summary
Haks Animal Health LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Veterinary Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our veterinary services in Lusail. The Veterinary Coordinator will serve as a key link between veterinarians, clients, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow, high-quality care, and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily veterinary clinic operations and appointment scheduling
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pet owners, handling inquiries, updates, and follow-ups
  • Assist veterinarians in organizing patient records, treatment plans, and medical documentation
  • Ensure timely preparation of examination rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies
  • Track patient admissions, treatments, and discharge processes
  • Communicate test results, vaccination schedules, and post-treatment instructions to clients
  • Support inventory monitoring for medical and clinical supplies
  • Liaise with laboratory services, pharmacies, and external veterinary partners when required
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Help improve clinic workflow efficiency and client service experience

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Compassionate attitude toward animals and pet owners
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and medical record software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
