Plan, design, and supervise landscaping, horticulture, irrigation, and agricultural projects.
Prepare project plans, technical specifications, BOQs, material estimates, and engineering reports.
Design and monitor irrigation systems, including drip, sprinkler, and automatic irrigation networks.
Conduct site inspections, soil analysis, and plant health assessments to determine project requirements.
Select appropriate plant species, trees, shrubs, turf, and ground covers suitable for local environmental conditions.
Develop planting schedules, fertilization programs, pest management plans, and irrigation schedules.
Supervise landscape construction, planting, irrigation installation, and maintenance activities.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout project execution.
Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.
Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, as-built records, and maintenance recommendations.
Manage agricultural resources, equipment, fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation materials efficiently.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and water conservation requirements.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to irrigation systems, plant health, drainage, and landscape infrastructure.
Support budgeting, cost control, procurement, and resource planning for agricultural and landscape projects.
Lead and supervise agricultural technicians, irrigation technicians, horticulturists, and site workers.
Implement and enforce company QHSE policies, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
Participate in project meetings, inspections, audits, and client coordination activities.
Keep up to date with advancements in agricultural engineering, irrigation technologies, and sustainable landscaping practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in irrigation, landscaping, or project management are an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in agricultural engineering, landscaping, irrigation, or horticulture projects.
Experience in GCC/Qatar projects is highly preferred.
Experience managing public parks, commercial landscapes, or infrastructure landscaping projects is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of irrigation system design, installation, and maintenance.
Familiarity with landscape construction methods and horticultural practices.
Understanding of soil science, plant nutrition, pest management, and water conservation.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of project planning and reporting tools.
Understanding of applicable environmental, municipal, and QHSE requirements.
