Desired Candidate Profile

· A professional individual with a cooperative attitude, even when under pressure.

· Any Bachelor’s Degree

· Minimum 10 years experience in carpentry & joinery works and minimum 5-6 years relevant experience

· Be able to understand technical data, specifications and working drawings, including tolerances, on machined timber and metal components.

· Experience in heading the training and development of operatives.

· Confident and clear communication skills (Oral & Written)

· A flexible approach with strong problem-solving skills.

· Commercially minded and able to identify improvements

· Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

· Able to act on own initiative and proactive way
