Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily workshop activities and manpower.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles, equipment and machinery.
• Minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, materials and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate equipment requirements with project/site teams.
• Maintain workshop, equipment and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Operations, HR and HSE departments.
• Supervise and evaluate workshop staff and identify training requirements.
• Prepare periodic maintenance, equipment and cost reports.
• Recommend major repairs, replacement or disposal of uneconomical equipment.
• Ensure good housekeeping and efficient workshop utilization.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive Engineering or related field, with 8–10 years relevant experience, preferably in construction, electrical contracting or industrial operations.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
