Receptionist – EPOQUE Flower Shop

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team at EPOQUE Flower Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer orders.
  • Assist customers with flower selections and arrangements.
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Support daily shop operations and sales.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
