Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, elegant, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high hospitality standards, and create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing professional and personalized service.

- Present menus, explain food and beverage selections, and provide recommendations.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and barista teams.

- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining luxury service standards.

- Ensure tables are properly arranged, clean, and presented according to café standards.

- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.

- Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.

- Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.

- Coordinate with kitchen, barista, and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and workplace cleanliness standards.

- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demonstrate proper service etiquette.

- Support daily opening, closing, and other operational duties as required.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Waitress, Server, or Guest Service Associate.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Strong customer service skills and a positive, welcoming attitude.

- Professional grooming, personal hygiene, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Knowledge of POS systems and food safety practices is an advantage.

- A team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
