Job Title: Waiter - PART TIME ONLY

Place of Work: Al Hazm Mall, Doha

Deployment / Start Date: Immediately

Salary: QAR 3,000 to QAR 3,200 FULL PACKAGE; LIVE OUT

Duty Hours and Day off: 5:00pm - 1:00am (8 hours with 15 minutes break); 1 day off per week

Overtime: Paid

Job Role: Deliver exceptional, high-standard service and create memorable experiences in an upscale dining environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests, seat them, and maintain an attentive dining experience.
  • Present expert menu and beverage knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and recommendations.
  • Record orders accurately and communicate dietary requirements directly to the kitchen.
  • Serve meals gracefully following proper fine dining etiquette and precise timing.
  • Maintain clean, orderly dining areas and handle payment processing smoothly.
  • Mentor junior staff, assist management with shift operations, and manage floor flow.
  • Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in upscale dining.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency preferred, but not required.
  • Thorough knowledge of fine dining standards, strong interpersonal skills, and the physical stamina to stand and carry loads in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,200.00 per month
