Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit
  • Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make informed recommendations
  • Accurately take and process guest orders using the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages according to presentation and service standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
  • Coordinate effectively with baristas, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth service
  • Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Support upselling initiatives and promote featured menu items

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a waiter/server in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality venues preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
