• Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, processing times, and applicable fees.
• Assess clients' visa requirements based on their destination, purpose of travel, and personal circumstances.
• Prepare, review, and organize visa application forms and supporting documents.
• Ensure all submitted documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with the requirements of the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa application center.
• Assist clients in completing visa application forms and preparing supporting documentation.
• Schedule visa appointments and biometric appointments when required.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centers, and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Monitor the status of visa applications and provide timely updates to clients.
• Follow up on pending, approved, rejected, or additional-document requests.
• Inform clients of any changes in visa regulations, requirements, fees, or procedures.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client applications and visa transactions.
• Ensure all client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality.
• Meet individual and departmental sales/service targets where applicable.
• Promote visa-related services and other travel services offered by the company.
• Coordinate with the ticketing, sales, and holiday departments to support clients' complete travel arrangements.
• Ensure that all visa applications are processed according to company procedures and within the required timelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Working Conditions

The Visa Consultant will work in an office environment and may be required to communicate regularly with clients, embassies, consulates, visa application centers, and other travel-related service providers. The position may require flexibility to meet urgent client requests and application deadlines.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
