We are looking for an experienced and results-driven F&B Procurement Manager to manage the procurement of food, beverages, packaging, kitchen supplies, and other operational requirements for our restaurant group in Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, maintaining product quality, controlling procurement costs, and ensuring timely availability of materials across our outlets and central kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery conditions.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitor food and material costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure purchasing is aligned with approved specifications and budgets.
• Coordinate with Executive Chefs, Kitchen, Operations, Finance, and Stores.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and product availability.
• Maintain updated supplier lists, price comparisons, purchase records, and procurement reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company purchasing procedures.
• Support inventory control and minimize wastage, shortages, and overstocking.
• Handle supplier issues, complaints, returns, and quality concerns.
• Ensure all food suppliers meet required food safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably within F&B, restaurants, hotels, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products and local supplier markets.
• Experience in supplier negotiation and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement/inventory systems.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and suppliers.
• Experience working in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Up to QAR10,000.00 per month
