Full job description

Responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide professional service.
  • Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
  • Take customer orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged.
  • Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Clear and reset tables.
  • Assist with maintaining overall café cleanliness.
  • Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous waiter/waitress or F&B experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer-service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Valid Food Handling Certificate – MANDATORY.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
