Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Perform operating system installations, upgrades, and updates
• Configure and troubleshoot network connections and internet-related issues
• Conduct routine maintenance and system performance checks
• Replace defective hardware components and upgrade systems as needed
• Provide technical support to customers and end users
• Document service activities, repairs, and technical issues
• Ensure systems meet security and performance standards
• Assist with inventory management of computer parts and equipment

Skills

• Computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Software installation and configuration
• Operating system support (Windows and related platforms)
• Network troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge
• Technical diagnostics and problem-solving
• Preventive maintenance and system optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Computer Technician, IT Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, or similar role

• Technical certifications are an advantage but not required
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills
