Full job description

TS Qatar is looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-level technical support, perform in-house installations, and support end-user devices. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, grow, and build a career in IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10/11.
  • Support desktops, laptops, workstations, AIO PCs, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform OS installations, hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and in-house deployments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Provide basic support for Linux operating systems.
  • Log and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system and escalate when required.
  • Maintain IT assets and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or related field.
  • 0–2 years of desktop support experience.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows installation, PC hardware, networking, and Linux.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and pursue technical certifications.
  • Strong customer service attitude and team player.

Preference:

Locally available candidates preferred.

Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
