System Support Engineer jobs

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
• Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of security systems.
• Diagnose faults and repair or replace defective components and devices.
• Configure IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and network security devices.
• Support integration of security systems with servers, databases, and network infrastructure.
• Respond to system alerts, incidents, and emergency service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for system upgrades and project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Perform software updates, firmware upgrades, and system backups.
• Assist in designing and implementing security solutions based on client needs.
• Train end users on system operation and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend equipment replacement when required.
• Provide remote and onsite support for multiple customer locations.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity for IP-based security systems.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed for connected security devices and systems.
• Participate in system commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
• Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
