• Handling facility maintenance requests and relevant system updates
• Facility visits, Fact finding & reporting the findings.
• Managing All Mep/Civil works for Aero Facilities, Alghanim & Warehouse
• Survey of sites as per requirements.
• Approving and Navigating (Attending) maintenance issues as per the facility requests in the Aero net System.
• System approvals and attendance of subordinate staffs.
• Inspect all the buildings and determine the need of repairs.
• Supervising staff including maintenance, grounds, and security.
• Handling our central Warehouse responsibility
• Recycling of stocks lying in central warehouse to various department as per requirements.
• Monitoring and controlling Canteen set up and related activities
• Monitoring and controlling Procurement Activities for all Group companies
• Monitoring and filling up the vacant space in all Accommodation facilities.
• Accommodations (@Warehouse 45/37) asset monitoring and verifying responsibility Scheduling inspection of Machineries of all the facilities. Incident reporting through ERP.
• Involve in Floor Management wherever, visit for work for any Task to complete.
• Sewage, mess bill and laundry bill approvals CCTV monitoring as per requirement based on incident investigation through ERP Register.
• Allocate office space according to needs.
• High Level coordination Electrical (ELV, LV, MV, HV), HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm, Generator, Lift, Access gate, BMS, Plumbing, Drainage, Building rehabilitation & Pest control.)
• Timely updating and reporting to HR, GM & MD for direct assignments.
• Daily Job Planning & Assignment
• System approvals and attendance of subordinate staffs.
• To be an expert judgement for all maintenance works (budget preparation, Initiating, planning, execution, monitor and controlling)
• Facility authority inspection & certificate renewal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
