Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to clients and partners
Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and replenishment
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies quickly and professionally
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
Maintain accurate records using logistics or ERP systems
Support cost optimization by identifying efficient shipping solutions
