Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to clients and partners
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and replenishment
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Maintain accurate records using logistics or ERP systems
• Support cost optimization by identifying efficient shipping solutions

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
