Job Summary:

SLVH Business Consulting & Corporate Advisory W.L.L. is seeking a highly strategic and client-focused Senior Management Consultant to support business transformation initiatives, operational improvement projects, corporate strategy engagements, and organizational development programs. This senior leadership opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at solving complex business challenges, advising executive stakeholders, and delivering measurable business results.

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients improve performance, optimize operations, and achieve long-term strategic objectives across diverse industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead consulting engagements focused on business strategy, operational excellence, and organizational improvement
  • Advise clients on business growth, performance optimization, and strategic decision-making
  • Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for improvement and transformation
  • Develop recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans for clients
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders and project teams to achieve engagement objectives
  • Support business planning, market analysis, and organizational development initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings
  • Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery of consulting solutions
  • Prepare executive reports, strategic assessments, and business recommendations
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in management consulting, business consulting, corporate advisory, strategy, operations management, project management, finance, business development, or related fields is preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience supporting business transformation, operational improvement, or strategic initiatives is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with business reports, presentations, financial information, and performance metrics
  • Professional, client-focused, and results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience welcomed
