We are Hiring Senior Quality Control Consultant

Job Summary

The Senior Quality Control Consultant is responsible for ensuring that SAP systems and applications meet defined quality standards through comprehensive testing, defect management, and quality assurance activities. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing testing processes to identify issues and ensure system reliability, functionality, and compliance with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases for SAP applications.
  • Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Validate system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Support automation testing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-related recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and project quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in SAP environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with regression testing, defect tracking, and test management tools.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant QA/Testing certifications will be an added advantage.
