Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Leadership:
Lead consulting projects from diagnosis to implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Strategic Problem Solving:
Break down complex business challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

Business Transformation:
Support clients in improving operational efficiency, restructuring processes, and achieving strategic growth objectives.

Data-Driven Analysis:
Use financial models, market research, and performance data to support recommendations.

Stakeholder Communication:
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior executives with clarity and confidence.

Project Oversight:
Coordinate with junior consultants and analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project outputs.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
5+ years in management consulting, strategy, corporate advisory, or related professional services roles.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Consulting Skills:
Strong ability to structure problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver data-backed insights.

Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Execution Mindset:
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
