Key Responsibilities
- Lead large scale architectural projects
- Develop space planning, layouts, circulation and architectural planning
- Translate approved concepts into DD, Tender and IFC packages
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, details, schedules and specifications
- Manage materials, finishes and architectural specifications
- Coordinate Architecture with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape and specialist disciplines
- Resolve design clashes, coordination issues and technical conflicts
- Review and respond to RFIs, technical submittals and design clarifications
- Participate in client, consultant and authority meetings
- Maintain high standards of documentation and drawing production
- Carry out QA/QC reviews before package issuance
- Monitor project deliverables, design actions and coordination progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience in leading large scale projects from Concept Design to Design Development, Tender & IFC documentation
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, building systems and constructability
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations and authority requirements
- Technical Expertise in Drawings / Detailing / Architectural systems
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary coordination and architectural documentation
- Proven ability to coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, Façade and specialist consultants
