Security Guard jobs

• Monitor and secure residential and commercial premises to ensure the safety of residents, tenants, visitors, staff, and property.
• Control and monitor access to buildings, entrances, exits, parking areas, and restricted areas.
• Verify visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel and maintain visitor records.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and report any suspicious activity, security concerns, or safety hazards.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, security alarms, and other security systems where applicable.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and unauthorized access.
• Prepare and maintain daily security reports, incident reports, and visitor logs.
• Enforce building security rules and regulations professionally and respectfully.
• Assist residents, tenants, and visitors with security-related inquiries and directions.
• Coordinate with management, maintenance teams, and emergency services when required.
• Check doors, gates, fire exits, and common areas to ensure they are properly secured.
• Maintain a professional appearance, good discipline, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Security Guard in residential and/or commercial complexes.
• Good observation and surveillance skills.
• Ability to identify and respond appropriately to security risks and emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Knowledge of access control, visitor management, and basic security procedures.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate daily reports.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and fire safety is an advantage.

Pay: QAR1,400.00 per month
