Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for management staff
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Assist with travel arrangements and office logistics
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
