Job Title: Scaffolding Superintendent Company: Pigeon Engineering Projects, Trading & General Services WLL Location: Qatar (Project Sites – Oil & Gas focus) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Full Package QAR 11,000 – 14,000 per month
Job Description We are looking for a strong Scaffolding Superintendent to provide frontline leadership and technical oversight of scaffolding operations on major Oil & Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safety and technical leadership for all scaffolding activities.
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate erection, modification, and dismantling works.
- Review and approve scaffolding plans, method statements, and lift plans where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with project schedule, HSE, and quality standards.
- Manage multi-cultural teams and interface with clients and other disciplines.
- Conduct daily site walks, toolbox talks, and competency checks.
- Monitor material usage, productivity, and progress reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or recognized trade qualification (CISRS Advanced / Supervisor preferred).
- Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas experience (mandatory) + total 8–12 years in scaffolding, with supervisory/superintendent experience.
- Proven experience on large industrial or Oil & Gas projects in Qatar/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, standards, and HSE requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
