Full job description
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor on-site scaffolding teams, assign daily tasks, and conduct safety toolbox talks.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all scaffolding meets legal standards and place or verify safety tags. Perform risk assessments and monitor the use of appropriate PPE.
- Site Inspections: Review ground conditions, assess structural integrity, and sign off on scaffolds before use.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate with project managers and HSE officers to optimize manpower and organize materials.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inventory, daily operations, and incident reports.
Pay: QAR2,271.36 - QAR8,216.98 per month
Work Location: In person
