Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our beauty salon team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and warm manner
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
  • Support daily salon operations and ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (salon experience is a plus), minimum 3 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (booking systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Well-presented with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
