We are a busy, welcoming salon dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. Our team is passionate about beauty, and we're looking for a friendly, organised receptionist to be the first face our clients see.

The Role

As our Salon Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of our front desk — managing appointments, greeting clients, and keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
• Manage bookings via phone, email, and booking software
• Handle client enquiries, provide service information, and upsell treatments and products
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate schedules for stylists/therapists to maximise efficiency
• Keep reception tidy and stocked
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
• Manage bookings targets to support sales goals
• Oversee inventory of products and supplies to ensure availability

What We're Looking For

• Receptionist experience or background in customer service/hospitality (salon experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation with confidence and polish
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with booking systems and basic computer skills
• Passion for beauty and client care
