Full job description

To accurately and completely take food and beverage orders, efficiently serve food and beverages to customers. Attend customers' needs and meet expectations.

  • Makes sure the station is properly set and that all side work is completed thoroughly, expertly, and on time following strict server shift mechanics.
  • Maintains familiarity with menu items, promotions, special and seasonal offerings, and other information related Flat White products and services.
  • Smile, greet, assist and deal with customers’ need.
  • Ensure customers always receive excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Properly takes orders, making sure that dupes are correct as to table number, position, cooking temperature, etc.
  • Follow up and collect food/beverage orders from the kitchen, verifies the prepared food/beverages are correct before serving them to customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in F& B industry
  • Any Nationality
  • Can start immediately
  • Flexible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Qatar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
