Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, serve meals efficiently, and ensure an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
  • Respond to customer requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
  • Process bills and payments accurately.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waiter is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
