Full job description

· Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring proper documentation for all in and out transactions.

· Ensure that the storage area is well-organized and materials are stored safely and in an orderly for easy retrieval.

· Check and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, ensuring that items are in good condition and match the order details.

· Prepare and release materials based on internal requests, ensuring that the right quantities are issued to the correct locations or branches

· Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchasing Department when replenishment is required.

· .Maintain proper documentation, including receiving reports, issue records, stock transfer documents, and inventory reports

· .Investigate and report stock shortages ,excesses, damages ,expired products and discrepancies

· Conduct daily,weekly and monthly stock counts as required

· Properly label and arrange all items for easy identification and stock rotation

· Maintain appropriate storage conditions for food & non food products

Pay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month
