Restaurant Social Media jobs in Doha

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for cafés and restaurant brands to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and footfall.
• Manage daily content creation and publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat), focusing on food, beverages, ambiance, and customer experience.
• Capture and produce high-quality visual content (photos and short videos) showcasing menu items, seasonal offers, and dining experiences.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new menu launches, special offers, events, and seasonal F&B activities.
• Work closely with restaurant managers, and operations teams to ensure accurate representation of menu items and brand identity.
• Monitor customer engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and manage online reputation.
• Create engaging storytelling content highlighting café culture, dining experience, kitchen preparation, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and local content creators to promote the restaurant/café.
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all F&B outlets.
• Stay updated with F&B marketing trends, competitor activity, and digital engagement strategies within the restaurant industry.
• Support marketing campaigns during peak seasons, events, and restaurant openings.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurants & Cafe: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Required)

License/Certification:

• Qatari driving license (Preferred)
