  • Create new and innovative menu items that fit our fast-food concept.
  • Improve and refine our existing menu to enhance taste, presentation, and customer appeal.
  • Standardize recipes and portion sizes.
  • Recommend cost-effective ingredients without compromising quality.
  • Assist with menu testing and product launches.
  • Keep up with current food trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Experience in menu development for fast-food or quick-service restaurants.
  • Strong culinary creativity and knowledge of food costing.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
