Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant outlets in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and proven experience in managing restaurant operations, improving profitability, maintaining service standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets and central kitchen facilities.
• Lead and supervise restaurant managers and operational teams to ensure consistent performance.
• Monitor sales, profitability, food costs, labor costs, inventory, and wastage.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and operational compliance.
• Develop and implement SOPs, operational procedures, and performance improvement plans.
• Review outlet performance reports, budgets, KPIs, and profit and loss statements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Support recruitment, staff training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
• Assist with new restaurant openings, operational planning, and business expansion.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Qatar regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, preferably with a multi-outlet restaurant group.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets and leading restaurant management teams.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, food cost control, labor cost optimization, and inventory management.
• Experience in restaurant pre-openings, operational development, and business expansion is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
• Previous GCC or Qatar experience is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.

Pay: From QAR15,000.00 per month
