MARKETING & CONTENT ASSISTANT

Reports To: Marketing Manager
Salary: QAR 3,500–4,500 Full Package

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day social media, content and marketing execution, including basic photography, video editing and creative content. The role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and gradually develop broader marketing skills to provide operational support and continuity to the marketing function.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support daily social media content, including posts, stories, reels and captions.
  • Create and edit photos, videos and social media creatives.
  • Assist with food/product photography and simple content shoots.
  • Maintain the content calendar and organize marketing assets.
  • Support approved campaigns, promotions, launches and events.
  • Assist with influencer coordination and content collection.
  • Support basic Meta, Google and aggregator marketing activities.
  • Collect content from branches and monitor competitor/social media trends.
  • Support basic marketing reports and performance tracking.
  • Maintain marketing files, templates and content materials.
  • Learn key marketing processes to provide backup and continuity when required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing or a similar role.
  • F&B, QSR or retail experience is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar tools.
  • Able to take and edit basic food/product photos and short videos using phone.
  • Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qatar experience is an advantage.

May execute approved content and marketing activities according to the marketing plan and instructions of the Marketing Manager.

Content Quality + Accuracy + Timeliness + Digital Execution + Brand Compliance

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
