Restaurant Floor Supervisor jobs in Doha

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our Lebanese restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the team in maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Coordinate effectively between the kitchen and service teams.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock, inventory, and minimize food and material wastage.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, health, and safety standards.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with achieving sales and operational targets.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures and ensure the restaurant is ready for service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar position.
• Previous experience in a Lebanese, Arabic, or Middle Eastern restaurant is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
