Responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation. The role includes menu planning, food costing, inventory control, staff supervision and training, scheduling, maintaining food safety standards, controlling kitchen costs and waste, and ensuring efficient daily kitchen operations while delivering an excellent guest dining experience
Pay: QAR3,713.00 - QAR14,749.33 per month
