Job Summary

Platinum Diet is looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized Cashier to join our team. The cashier will be responsible for handling customer orders and payments, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring customers receive accurate and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately.
  • Handle cash, card, and online payments.
  • Operate the POS/cashier system correctly.
  • Answer phone and WhatsApp customer inquiries and orders.
  • Coordinate orders with the kitchen and delivery team.
  • Check every order before handing it to the customer or delivery driver.
  • Handle Talabat and other delivery-platform orders.
  • Provide customers with information about meals, offers, and packages.
  • Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate cash records and complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
  • Keep the cashier and front counter area clean and organized.
  • Report order issues, payment discrepancies, or customer complaints to management.
  • Follow Platinum Diet's service, hygiene, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Previous cashier or restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
  • Accurate and responsible when handling money.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Experience with Talabat or other food-delivery platforms is an advantage.
