Role Description
The Social Media Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting Valeo Health ME’s online presence across key social platforms. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and highlights home healthcare, longevity, and wellness offerings. The Social Media Associate will assist in managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring channels to respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely, professional manner. They will collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare topics into accessible, informative social content, including posts, stories, and short videos. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements based on audience insights and platform trends.

Qualifications

• Strong social media foundation, including Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills for managing platforms and supporting campaign execution.
• Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Writing to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts, captions, and short-form content.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with online communities in a respectful, inclusive manner.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic analytics or insights tools.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and strong organizational skills for managing calendars and deadlines.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer services marketing is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
