Children’s Activities Coordinator (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Children’s Activities Coordinator to support the daily activities and operations of a children's activity facility in Msheireb.

The successful candidate will assist with organizing children's activities, maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, and provide excellent service to children and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating and supervising daily children's activities and programs.
• Welcome children and parents and provide friendly customer service.
• Organize games, activities, and interactive sessions suitable for children.
• Monitor children and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Prepare activity areas, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe activity environment.
• Assist parents with general questions regarding activities.
• Support special events, parties, and seasonal activities.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Inform the supervisor of any safety concerns or incidents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare, children's activities, education, recreation, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, patient, and responsible personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with children and interacting with parents.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to organize activities and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong awareness of children's safety.
• Must have a valid QID.
