Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner.

* Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.

* Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

* Check on guests during their meals and respond to requests promptly.

* Prepare and present bills and process payments accurately.

* Set up and clear tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and organized.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

* Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

* Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per hour
