WE ARE HIRING – SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT We are looking for a smart and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working online, handling university and visa applications, using AI tools, and supporting our education and training activities. Key Responsibilities Handling university websites and online admission portals. Completing and submitting student university applications. Preparing and completing embassy and visa application forms. Following up on application requirements, documents, and deadlines. Communicating with universities, embassies, and other relevant organizations online. Using AI tools and applications to improve daily work and productivity. Using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Manus, Claude, and other relevant AI applications. Creating and organizing documents, forms, and online applications. Supporting the team with administrative and office tasks. Appearing in and recording short social media videos related to the company’s services and activities. Assisting with basic social media content creation when required. Requirements Excellent Arabic and English communication skills. Good computer and internet skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and online platforms. Good understanding and practical use of AI tools and applications. Good communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents. Previous experience with university applications, student services, visa applications, or educational consultancy is a strong advantage. A degree or background in IT / Information Technology is preferred. Confident, presentable, and comfortable appearing in social media videos.
