Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Salary: QAR 16,500 per month

Job Description:
Simplifai IT Qatar is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network systems at our Lusail Marina office in Doha. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and assist users in resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
• Support users with IT-related queries and service requests
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation
• Monitor system performance and ensure security updates are applied
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and common software applications
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests
• Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar) are an advantage
