Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Professional with expertise in software development, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, project management, business analysis, and web development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing technology solutions that support business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and business solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system integration, debugging, performance tuning, and application support.
• Implement software development best practices, coding standards, and documentation.

Network Administration & Infrastructure

• Design, configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and cloud-based network environments.
• Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
• Manage network devices, servers, storage systems, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of network services.

Information Security & Cybersecurity

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and compliance reviews.
• Implement identity and access management, endpoint security, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Lead incident response, recovery, and business continuity initiatives.

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and performance metrics.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
• Develop technology-driven solutions that support organizational objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Web Development & Digital Solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Implement front-end and back-end development solutions.
• Optimize website performance, usability, accessibility, and security.
• Manage content management systems (CMS), APIs, and database integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations, software development, networking, cybersecurity, project management, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and modern technology solutions.
• Experience with system analysis, troubleshooting, implementation, and support.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Programming languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar.
• Web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs.
• Database systems: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing & Switching.
• Security tools: Firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection.
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
• Project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.

Candidate Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently residing in Qatar with transferable sponsorship (preferred) or be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
