We're Hiring: Laboratory Doctor

We are seeking a qualified Laboratory Doctor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate diagnostic results, maintaining quality assurance and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with MOPH/QCHP regulations. The role also includes overseeing laboratory staff, validating test reports, maintaining turnaround times, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

- Medical Degree from a recognized institution

- Master’s Degree or Specialty in Laboratory Medicine

- Valid QCHP License or eligibility for licensing in Qatar

- Strong experience in laboratory diagnostics and quality management

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsIf you meet the above
