Full job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue customer invoices, delivery documentation and statements of account accurately and on time.
  • Maintain receivables and payables records and follow up customer collections and supplier balances.
  • Prepare payment schedules, reconcile supplier statements, bank accounts, credit cards and petty cash.
  • Maintain supporting accounting documentation and assist with month-end, audit and tax-filing requirements.
  • Track administrative renewals, employee records and routine office requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, external accountants and internal teams.
  • Use Microsoft 365, Excel and modern AI/productivity tools to improve routine accounting and administrative work.
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on AP, AR, bookkeeping or accounting-administration experience.
  • Experience with an ERP or accounting system.
  • Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline and professional communication.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
