Full job description

  • Must possess significant expertise in Qatar Labour, Free Zone (FZE), and Immigration processes.
  • Knowledge of Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) including experience with Free Zone visa processes.
  • Prepare and submit Qatar immigration visa applications through relevant online portals.
  • Handle Ministry of Labour (MOL) processes through the MOL Portal, Hukoomi, and Metrash (Qatar e-Government Portal).
  • Manage the renewal and transfer of labour contracts.
  • Process dependent visas and related documentation.
  • Handle Medical ID and QID applications for residency visa processing.
  • Manage Qatari National Pension registrations.
  • Handle Ministry of Interior (MOI) transactions and related immigration procedures.
  • Prepare official letters and documentation for Qatar government authorities.
  • Stay updated on changes to immigration laws, labour regulations, and government procedures.
  • Candidates must be well-versed in Qatar immigration and labour laws, with the expertise required to effectively support client requirements, ensure compliance, and meet business needs in a timely manner.
