Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Administration Manager located in Doha, Qatar.

The Finance and Administration Manager will oversee the company's financial operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficient financial management, regulatory compliance, and operational support. The role includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, payroll oversight, accounts payable and receivable, procurement controls, and coordination with external auditors. The position will also oversee administration, HR support, office operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Knowledge of Qatar tax regulations and statutory compliance
  • Experience coordinating with external auditors and preparing financial statements
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, financial policies, and risk management
  • Experience overseeing administrative functions, procurement, and office operations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Finance and Administration Department and supervise daily operations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Ensure timely processing of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting requirements
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures
  • Oversee procurement controls and administrative operations
  • Support management by providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Lead and develop the finance and administration team
