Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, site engineers, and project owners.
• Oversee site activities to ensure work aligns with project timelines, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to prevent site delays.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Manage permit applications and ensure compliance with local Qatari building regulations.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and facilitating necessary design adjustments.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain Almannan’s high standards of craftsmanship.

Skills and Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and engineering blueprints.
• Project Management Tools: Strong experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic language skills are highly valued for vendor coordination.
• Safety Mindset: Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and risk management.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination or site supervision, preferably within the GCC.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
