We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Sales& Operations Manager to join our growing team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's sales and business development activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and profitability.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Prepare management reports and support strategic business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum3-6years of relevant experience in Qatar or the GCC.
• Proven experience in the Construction Industry, including one or more of the following:
• Carpentry & Joinery
• Steel Fabrication
• Fire-Rated Doors
• Wooden Doors & Furniture
• Aluminium & Glass Works
• Interior Fit-Out
• Building Materials
• MEP or General Construction
• Strong sales, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage operations and lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid Qatar Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Transferable Visa with NOC preferred.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
