Job Description:
As an IT Support Specialist at Al Mamoura Corporate Center, you will be the first point of contact for all technical support needs. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, provide timely assistance to employees, and help maintain our IT systems to ensure maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to IT-related requests and incidents via email, phone, or ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security and data protection measures are in place.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.
• Document solutions and maintain an organized knowledge base.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, office software, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.

Pay: QAR7,500.00 per month
